Submit the “connect” form sharing your upcoming project. Once we receive your inquiry, we will connect with you to schedule a phone call or a digital chat. During our meeting, we will cover all the details from what to expect, pricing and most importantly, your overall vision for your project.

Once we’ve had our chat, we’ll put together a comprehensive pricing proposal for you based on the vision we’ve discussed for your project. All proposals are custom quoted per our conversation. When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract and we’ll start designing!

After we’ve gathered all of the wording and inspiration needed to start designing, we’ll prep several concepts for you to review. Once we’ve found a direction we (you) like, we’ll continue refining with up to five revisions.

Depending on the printing process you have chosen, production could take up to two weeks or more. We diligently oversee the process with our printing partners from file submission to inspecting everything when your final pieces arrive back to our studio.

When all of your pieces have arrived, we will assemble your custom suite and prep for mailing. Once everything is stuffed and sealed, we’ll handle the mailing and your extras and keepsakes will be shipped directly to you.

We’ll need an additional two weeks for assembly and mailing should you choose this service.
